Participation in school residential events

The aim of the program is to support the participation of children under 18 years of age who live in a socially disadvantaged environment in class/school residential activities.

The target group for receiving support is a child under the age of 18 who:

lives in a socially excluded area,
lives in a socially disadvantaged family with low income,
lives with a single parent who raises the child alone, without a partner, or is a single parent on disability pension,
has permanent residence in the Czech Republic.

What you can apply for a grant for:

to cover costs associated with a child's participation in an outdoor school, ski training, adaptation course or other field trip activity within the class/school, which forms a mandatory part of the teaching of the entire class or teaching group (voluntary thematic trips, exchange stays, etc. are not supported).

Conditions for using the contribution:

the maximum amount of the grant that can be approved is CZK 20,000 / child / school year,
the grant can be approved for one child during one school year for a maximum of 2 different stay activities (e.g. outdoor school and ski training),
the application can be repeated for one child several times per school year (until 2 different activities are exhausted), but not before the previously approved foundation grant has been exhausted and its invoice has been submitted,
the approved foundation grant may only be used for stays that have not yet been paid for and completed, and may not be used to pay off debts for stays that have already been completed.

Mandatory attachments to the application:

copy of the applicant's or his/her legal representative's ID card,
statement / recommendation from a social worker from the OSPOD, ÚP or accompanying non-profit organization about cooperation with the family,
statement / recommendation from the child's class teacher about the child's progress and behavior, about cooperation with the family and about confirmation of the price for the event.
